How the product works?
- Sultan Acoustic Wave Level Transmitter with Power over Ethernet (PoE) operates by emitting a high-powered Acoustic Wave transmit pulse that is directed at the material surface to be measured. When this pulse hits the surface, it is reflected back to the sensor. The reflected signal is then processed using specialized software that enhances the correct signal while filtering out false or spurious echoes. The high-powered Acoustic Waves ensure minimal signal loss through the surrounding environment, making the device more effective than traditional ultrasonic devices. The advanced receiver circuitry is designed to identify and monitor even low-level return signals, despite high noise levels. Additionally, the measured signal undergoes temperature compensation to ensure maximum accuracy in the outputs and display.
